Are there animal byproducts in your soaps?
No there are not. All the oils used in my soap are botanical in origin.

Are Leila Jane's soaps "all Natural"?
They are not. Truthfully no cold-processed soap is. Sodium Hydroxide is a main ingredient in all cold-processed soaps. It is not found in nature. I do use all natural botanical oils in creating my soaps. Generally the fragrances are created in a lab. This allows for a much wider range of fragrances than only using natural essential oils for fragrance. It also helps keep the cost low.

How will you ship my order? How long will it take?
All orders are shipped priority mail through the United States Postal Service. It will generally take about three to four days for you to receive your order.

I use Priority Flat Rate shipping to help keep your costs low. I can fit up to six bars of soap in the smallest envelope or box the USPS offers. Any more than that I have to use a medium size box at minimum.

Do orders with "custom made" items in them take longer to process and ship to me?
Absolutely. Custom made means just that. We don't make it until you order it. Gift baskets and crochet items take a couple of days longer to get in the mail than an order that is not custom made.
